All programmes are delivered live, 1:1 with highly experienced native English teachers. This is personalised coaching, not a pre-recorded course.
The AI-supported tools we recommend will depend on your professional requirements and communication goals. No two clients are exactly the same. We guide clients on a range of modern AI tools to support practice and preparation between sessions, alongside the live coaching itself.
A computer is strongly recommended where possible, particularly for presentations, speaking practice and screen-based activities. Classes should never be attended whilst driving.
Many of our clients work in demanding professional environments, so we aim to schedule classes at realistic, sustainable times each week. We do require 48 hours' notice for class changes, and all sessions start and finish on time.
